On a trip to drop something off for my friend, I saw this sign on one of her neighbor's trees. Ya know...if people weren't picking it up before WHY does he think a sign is going to enforce it?

Some places fine you if you don't pick it up. It's common courtesy for any pet owner.
Oh sure, I believe they fine you here too. And, I totally agree it's common courtesy for any pet owner to pick it up. When we walked our dog, we ALWAYS picked it up. :)
