Carol

Coming back from our trip to Dubuque last weekend, we passed a cool, old landmark of sorts.
This is the Gobbler and it's right outside of the Watertown/Johnson Creek area in Wisconsin.
The inside of the building is pink and purple. I bet it was once a hip, fun and happening place in the 60's or 70's.   Click on the link to see pics of the inside:  http://buythegobbler.com/.

A friend of mine had his high school graduation celebration dinner there years ago, interesting place.

Awoke this morning to find a rainbow outside of our hotel in Mountain Home, Idaho.
Mike's aunt and uncle live there and that is who we came out to visit.

Visited Mount Rushmore today.   It was nice, walked on a trail there too, but a little bit cold for my liking.  Boys had fun though.
