Sarabeth: 155

We are at my mother's house. I forgot my camera. My mother's is broken. We'll buy a new one. For now, I share a photo of me at age 14 doing a dance on the green outside of Old Christ Church in Pensacola. The six of us in the dance each wore a leotard and skirt in matching colors. Mine was red. The other colors were green, pink, yellow, blue, and black. We danced to the Art of Noise.

Late '90s. We're showing off our rain pants that we had for the cold and wet football game.

This is in our first apartment, so...1998, maybe?

Kalyca 2

Halloween '82. Five years old. I LOVED Lynda Carter as Wonder Woman. I even popped the bottoms out of plastic cups so I could have cuffs.

1988. My 11th birthday. Awesome shirt, and another example of good hair. Beginning of awkward years.

Jackson Square, New Orleans. August 1999. That is probably a frozen daiquiri in my hand. As I recall, you could get them in a variety of flavors pretty much everywhere in the French Quarter. Dispensed from slushy machines. Public drinking was not only encouraged, but I strongly suspect it was mandated by law.

I wish more of these pictures had been labeled. This is from kindergarten or maybe first grade. Late 1982 or '83. Signs of bed-head. Nice smile too.

I think this is my one-year picture. So probably early '78.

Sorry for the crappy collage, and the crappy quality (I gleaned these from the yearbooks that I have here).

Carol #151

I was 2 years 8 months, so that would make it almost 1974.
This is one of my favorite pics.

This is probably the late 70's judging by my age, which I'm guessing is 8. I'm in the blue touching the English Setter that my sister and I named Booger. Yep, my father (the man in the photo) kept the name for this hunting dog. The other girl is my sister. We are at Blackwater River State Park in north Florida.

I think my mom bought a new camera in 1979 because all of our photos are from around that time HA! This is part of a series of photos where my mom captured my stubbornness, I refused to smile (they called me the judge as a baby for my lack of smiling and my hatred of merriment!) I also demanded to wear my snow boots, and it is clearly summer...and polka dots and florals go together! :)
