It just looks like good advice. I know I could deal with my situation better at times. Sometimes I get so upset I take a notepad into my bedroom, close the door, and take an objective look at my situation. Write down the reasons why I'm upset, and the reasons not to be upset. Every time I have taken a moment to think it through, the reasons to calm down make the most sense.

This isn't meant as an insult. It's something I went through some years ago and it's my advice looking back.
