139/365 Robin

I started keeping a food log, I have done this in the past and hated it...but right now it's working. It is keeping me accountable.

I really should try that, but I find it a bit intimidating. I don't know why.

I do too, but it helps. I think of it like a checking account. Once I reach my target range for calories I'm done. Now that it's a habit I cringe when I think of how many I used to eat! :)
