This is a home in Cudahy, WI, a few blocks from my in-laws. The man is an artist, can't you tell? This house is really amazing to see in person, photos don't do it justice.
According to my in-laws the man just started off with the car buried in the front lawn many years ago and the neighbors were fine with that. LOL. But over the years and he added things, rumor has it the neighbors don't appreciate his 'talent'. Though I do welcome any of them to correct me here. :)
