This is us circa 1965,the summer as my brother had been born in the February,he's the cutie in the nappy,
my mum had always wanted a boy so they just kept going till they got one .I can still remember the day he was born,we three girls were at the village school and at lunch-time my Aunt came to walk us home and said my mum had a surprise for us,our baby brother had arrived ,this was back in the days of home births being the norm (although I was born in hospital....in Leicester)

We girls were aged 4,5 and 6 and I am the eldest so in this picture I am the one with the pram on my head lol
