Carol 5/365

I have always loved this tree. This tree is in Greenfield Park in West
Allis and it's huge. I know it looks like two big trees next to each other,
but it's not, it's one. One tree truck on the bottom and it divides up to
look like two trees. I like to think of it as a tree of marriage. Two
souls together as one. Corny, I know. ;)

Not corny! I think it's fantastic to find inspiring thoughts in nature.

ahh, if tree's could tell stories, this one would have quite a tale I bet. Very nice Carol. =)

I love this whole area. I wish it was near here. I love the table right there by the tree and the water. Very nice!

Greek olive trees grow like this too and mythology says its because two lovers pleased one of the Gods..i forget which.. so were buried beneath one and honoured by being represented as joined for eternity... sweet waffle maybe but close to your impression
