I bought blue ones too, but it was fascinating to learn if you change their PH they will change from pink to blue and vice versus. I won't be trying that this year, but maybe next.

You just need to add Alum to their water to do pink to blue..dead easy,the more you add the bluer they get....mine is blue from our soil PH but my dad has to colour his.
