There is cream cheese, sour cream,ground beef mixed with taco sauce and taco seasoning mixed in with cream cheese and sour cream. I used the 1/3 fat cream cheese and the light sour cream and it was still really good :) YUMMMM

My dip that I brought to the Super Bowl Party, there were several dips almost identical :) Oh well it was good!
