I don't remember why they have their hands in the air, but we were baking sugar cookies for Santa. Yes, that's me in the corner. I might get brave enough for a before picture when I start working out with the Wii and my new elliptical machine. We'll see what happens.

Take it from me, you definitely want to get before pictures. I started at 315 pounds and I have so few before pictures because at that weight I didn't want ANY pictures taken. But as I lost, I began to regret not having any (many) good before pictures!
