I keep thinking that the garden is done. But it keeps surprising me! Yes, I picked green peppers on the first day of November and got a TON of them! Each bowl typically (from past experiences with picking and weighing  peppers) holds between 10-15 pounds of peppers.

  6. I will probably keep some out for cooking in the next few weeks. The rest I will chop, lay flat on a cookie sheet and freeze. Then they will go in a big freezer storage container. Anytime I need green peppers to cook, I'll just run to the freezer, pop open the container and grab a handful!
